Production Process
Microfiber leather is a combination of micro fiber and PU leather surface. This leather is made of a kind of microfiber by needling technology to make a three-dimensional structure network of non-woven fabric, and then through wet processing, PU resin immersion, skin dyeing and finishing processing technology.
Product Advantages
Fastness to folding: The fastness to microfiber fabric is comparable to that of natural leather, with up to 200,000 times of bending without cracks at room temperature and 30,000 times of bending at low temperature (-20°C) without cracks, showing its excellent temperature resistance and mechanical properties.
High abrasion and tear resistance: Imitation fabric excels in resistance to tearing and abrasion due to the high-strength nylon microfiber included in its structure.
Eco-friendly: Microfiber leather is an environmentally friendly material, and less animal raw materials are used in the production process, making it a more environmentally friendly choice than genuine leather. In addition, microfiber leather is currently the best recycled leather available, helping to reduce dependence on natural resources.
